Cave Baby by Julia Donaldson

Miss Evans' Literacy set have really enjoyed exploring the story Cave Baby written by Julia Donaldson. The children have been learning all about nouns and adjectives and have been practising reading and writing simple sentences. Last week the children received a letter from Cave Baby asking them to paint a cave painting for his cave. The children used their phonetic knowledge to read simple instructions and created some fantastic pictures!
