Exploring conkers!

The children had lots of fun painting and making colorful Autumn marks on black card using conkers. Miss Lauren talked and asked the children where we find conkers 'Find conkers in the garden Miss Lauren, they fall off tress' We talked about the different textures of the conkers and the children also enjoyed counting them and looking at the sizes of them, such as 'can you find a big conker and can you find a little conker' When we had finished our pictures we added some glitter and displayed them in Little Sandon!
