House Challenge: In celebration of Earth Day! 🌎🌻

It is Earth Day this week and the theme for this year is PLANET vs PLASTICS 🌍🧴with an aim of reducing plastic waste by 60% by the year 2040!

In support of this we want to encourage less plastic and more nature within our school 🌻 🌳 so we would love it if the children could help with this by:

🔸 planting a SUNFLOWER seed at home 🌻

🔸 nurture and grow your plant for a few weeks (until it is big enough to be transferred into school)- we will let you know when they can be brought in!

🔸 your sunflower will be planted in our school gardens helping to create less plastic, and more nature within our grounds

🔸 don’t forget to send us a picture of you planting your seed to the The Sandon Team dojo account, as for planting your seed you will receive 50 DOJO POINTS! 🤩
