Year 1's Great Science Share - we made bird feeders!

To celebrate the 'Great Science Share' Year 1 have been learning the importance of caring for animals and have worked hard today to create bird feeders. We used seeds, lard and fruit to create a tasty treat for the birds. We then went to the field to find a place in the trees to place the feeder. We will be checking back soon to see if the birds enjoyed our treat.
