This week across the school we will be taking part in Mental Health Awareness Week. 🧠
The theme for this year is MOVEMENT 🏃🏼♀️ so we will be talking about how moving more can help our mental health.
Each day in class at 3.00pm our children will be taking part in a short 5 minute burst of
exercise to encourage them to move more!
We will also be setting some daily house challenges to be completed for extra dojo points 🤩
