Today the reception children went on a trip to Peak Wildlife Park. For most of them, it was their first school trip on a big coach for a full day out of the classroom and to say they took it in their stride would be an understatement. The behaviour was outstanding, the conversation and learning was excellent and most importantly the fun we had was amazing! We got to explore the habitats of some of the animals we have been learning about and we finally saw 'Sunny' from our story 'Meerkat Mail' and his family of Meerkat's in their home. What a fabulous day Reception!
