Science in the woods!

In Year 1 we love Science and today we started our new topic, Plants! We began our learning by going outside and having an explore in the woods. We went searching for flowers, plants and trees and made lots of observations of what we found. We looked high and low and recognised daffodils, snowdrops, acorns and leaves. We talked about different types of trees and learnt that deciduous trees shred their leaves!
